STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES
According to the results of the environmental analysis of the office of the Governor of Chingeltei district, it is optimal for the office to follow the "Development Strategy". The development strategy requires focusing on the development of the results of the organization's general operations, improving the quality of services, growing and developing, and implementing the policies and decisions adopted by the government. In other words, within the framework of the development strategy, the Office will plan its goals and activities in such a way as to reduce its weaknesses, increase its opportunities, and not be exposed to risks based on its strengths.

Therefore, the results of the environmental analysis of the office served as a basis for determining the future development strategy of the organization. In doing so, strategic objectives were defined within the Office's mandate. This is because in the case of a government organization defining strategic goals that go beyond its statutory functions, the organization will not be able to implement the strategic goals.

Within the framework of the 2023-2024 strategic plan of the Chingeltei district governor's office, the following strategic goals were put forward. It includes:

Strategic Objective 1:

Provide stakeholders with evidence-based policy and decision-making and planning.

Strategic Objective 2:

Provide relevant parties with regulations that ensure consistency of policies and decisions.

Strategic objective 3:

Planning and coordination of policies and decisions will be carried out based on the results of monitoring and analysis.

Strategic objective 4:

Ensure independence and reliability of policy and decision evaluations and increase usage.

Strategic Objective 5:

Form human resources with the right attitude and high productivity.
